There should be a sample within your SmartMove login.  

It adds a more current look to the home and makes the rooms look larger, in my opinion.BTW, I dropped off a sample to a company in Pasadena, CA (or maybe it was South Pasadena) to get the asbestos testing done.  

I showed them the read out after ever sample.

What really helped me was studying the sample questions from past exams (or very similar to) which many vendors offer.

I just need a sample dialogue to say it tactfully and professionally.

That directly contradicts the sample letter they have on their website!
