As long as you are not pregnant, the Zika isn't that bad (if the microcephaly-Zika connection is even true in unborn children) and the Chikungunya is tuff but it won't kill you as long as you get medical treatment early.

Its the best tax treatment we have the in the US>. so you can sell it tax your gain TAX Free then go shopping.. once you turn it into a rental for a few years the tax free is LOST unless you move back into it for a number of years.. then U have to take depreciaiton on it.. and then if you then sell you have to recapture...
