Lost out to a lower bidder
Hello all. I have been reading this forum to gain some insight into bidding on a homepath home. Lots of great advice here, so thank you.
I noticed a Fannie Mae home that I bid on and lost was back on the market. I rebid and lost, again. I checked today and it sold for $40,000 less than my all cash offer.
How could this be?

FNMA has a 10 day period to conduct inspections in their addendum that cannot be altered so that was not a factor
