In areas that have not bounced back from the crash, there are a lot of really good, well qualified agents, competing for a much smaller amount of business.

Having someone to bounce ideas off of (especially renting out a terrible property in a high crime area) is so important for us new investors.

BP is a great resource for finding like-minded people to bounce around ideas with and learning about creative ways to structure deals. 

You capture all the bounced addresses and can skip-trace those, those are valuable.

You will also find the skip traced email addresses are pretty bad so it would also likely get a lot of bounces and spam traps so could hurt the reputation of whatever IP you send from so not worth it.

If you send them a refund, the check they sent will bounce.

Right now I have 2 books I'm bouncing between plus the rich dad poor dad audio book so I'm a little overwhelmed with information.
