I have to “block” 10 days of my life.

What doesn't work on one street might be a home run two blocks away.

I have a few properties consolidated within a few blocks so the risk of my mowing guy not checking on this property is close to zero.

Specific blocks matter, maybe more than in other markets, so you really should plan on a heavy boots on the ground analysis.

Sometimes all it takes is with a block of 2x4 (approximately 6" long) being held up against the top of the door opening  and using a hammer to strike the 2x4 will move the door frame sufficiently to give your door clearance.
