We recently renovated our 3rd floor master suite to add a roof deck and bathroom for Airbnb so fingers crossed.  

Since I have renovated home with flooring, carpet, paint, trim, double pane windows, new deck, new light fixtures, water heater, furnace.

Second, the back deck was falling off; for a cool 2 grand, we are putting in a new deck and adding a set of stairs to the backyard.

If you have a wood deck or patio, it's your responsibility to pull any weeds. 

It's a 3 bed/2 bath, has stainless steel appliances, a gas fire place, 2 car garage, dog door with dog run connected in the back, covered front porch, and a large deck with welcoming French doors.

Some minor fixes on the siding, which I did myself and I had to stain the outer deck.

I plan on doing decks myself in the future to add value or increase rent a little as well.

I like sitting on back deck and looking out over the ocean.
