To top it all off after I sent in my information and statements I never got a terms sheet I was promised, just an invoice for 700 dollars payable to them from a link that they provided for the background check and appraisal.

@Seo Hui Han who pays & manages the onsite staff, is up to the owner.Some want to do it themselves, for check & balance, some want PMC to do, so they can be more hands off.

thats what i actually have done is manage rehabs for my out of state investors....that face this problem Yes a local person is needed for sure....i was lucky to have a local person to check things out and run a few errands....
