When the lender requests employer verification, if she gives notice would this typically be disclosed by the company?

Blah.My Question is On the Income verification.

At $10 per report this seems like it could be worth it.
Anybody have experience with this (or a similar) company?

Folks always say they verify income at 3x (or whatever ratio) rent. If you have multiple adults applying, do you look at each separately or in the aggregate? Thanks!

(I do have credit score and income verification requirements as well) but it helps push out some of the dead weight that comes in.  

My wife just tried to do an employment verification on a potential tenant - and the company said there was a $25 fee for me to verify their employment and income.

I really want to get a good rate, but I don't want to deal with identity theft right now :)

@Prajita Niraula try out housie.io it’s much more reliable in terms of income verification, background check than the other options I’ve used

One unit has a signed year lease that just started in November-21 and the other units lease ends in January and then goes month to month with a 10% increase.The problem is that we do not yet have a verification of rental payments. 

I've found many records by doing this that weren't otherwise reported in the "national" checks.I also do my own previous landlord verification/reference checks.
