A few things I already have in mind are coin-operated washers and dryers.

I would advice against washer/dryer/fridge, and would only provide a very nice stove.

You can get a set of stainless steel (the fake stainless) for about $2000, which includes tax and delivery -- this includes fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer.For paint, set up an account at Duron or Sherwin Williams, and send your contractors.

One section behind the vanity and toilet didn't get redone, but kitchen, HW installation, and washer hookups were done.

How did they even know I posted if they can't see my post to even mention me.This is going to get complicated, they don't know I was here, but they mention me, then I can't find the mention, but even if they didn't know I had been here, so how do they find out they are ignored if I'm ignored?

New A/C, new Water Heater, New Washer, New Stove, new bathroom fixtures and concrete block construction.  

Each unit is 2br/2bth approx 1200 sq ft, 1/2 tile, 1/2 carpet, washer/dryer hookups, one car garage with one additional parking space outside.

I'm expecting the HVAC/water heating to be a much more significant project, as there are a lot of questions I have that I cannot answer about whether I'd need to expand the gas service or electrical, whether I can run small-duct high-velocity in the ceiling easily or possibly along the ceiling inside the unit instead of in the walls, etc.If possible, we also would like to install in-unit washers/dryers in the first and second floor units.

I don't want to have her buy the low cost lots for me and then throw the more valuable work to someone else.On the other hand, I also am feeling like I did all the work since she didn't "bring" it to me, rather I saw it and and felt loyal enough to use her since it was her email blast.  

The house has been renovated such as new carpet, washer and dryer, stove etc.
