These are "covid presents" LOLbut for sure it would not be $1.5m again in 3 years, maybe $1.2m with this rate.Meant to say most homeowner in CA become half-millionaire just because of covid (that was not predictable).But yea if there's still plan to come back to CA, don't sell.Honestly there're so many ways of surviving in bay area without even leaving the place.
