@Assaf Kehati I would go through The Ultimate Beginner's Guide here on BP for starters to aquire an overview.Another source which helped me a lot was the book The Millionaire Real Estate Investor, as it teached you how to determiner what your buying criteria and terms can be.

I've always thought of partnering as a non-starter, based on the assumption that % of ownership is based on % of cash put in.
