Introduction and a question...

My name is David. 32,Wife, 3 kids, currently own a single family home with a good amount of equity. All because of prayer and waiting patiently on God.

I have done 1 flip/flop with my brother and mom when I was in Highschool and have been working as a handyman/remodeler ever since. I've been looking for a way to get back into investing. I listen to a lot of great BP podcasts and have finally partnered up with my brother in law (who has cash) to do some flips and rentals. We are eagerly yet prayerfully searching for our first deal together.

I live in Tampa, FL which has a REALLY saturated market of investors. So I need some unorthodox ways to find a great starter deal. Any suggestions?

Or any tips on finding a good wholesaler too?

Oh my current methods are mls via local agents, craigslist, networking, and I'm beginning to research tax deed sales.

I'd also like to find a good wholesaler but they don't seem to call me back/want my business. We have cash to purchase with and are serious about moving forward.

Thank you so much for your time in reading this,

David W.
