Can I request a rejection letter, despite already being approved?

The appraiser rejected my banks request to remove “fix before closing” clause in the report.

On one part of the rentalutions website, it states that the application is not able to customize, but then the FAQ says you can.Does anyone know if Rentalutions have "rejection" letters? 

I just ran into an issue with the city planning department for a rehab I'm doing where they are rejecting my plans for the siding because they said what I called out was "cheap and does not fit the character of the neighborhood."

Now, if you've gone down that road and have 10 rejections under your below you may have to adjust expectations, geography, etc.

Show comps (recent sales wherever possible), and repair estimates following a walk-through, and explain that these are factors to be taken into account by an investor when purchasing.Finally, remember:- You make your money when buying, not when you sell - we send out 20 -30 offers every day, most get rejected, but that doesn't stop us making similar offers (based on our calculations) the very next day.Good luck.

There’s too much risk for the agent in terms of possible discrimination for fair housing reasons… if someone is rejected on their offer is it due to ??? 

When the recommendation is to reject you would be wise to not ignore the recommendation, they know what they are doing, and it is what you are paying for.

They will reject some of it, but they will likely accept some.
