It's a crazy world out there now and things are going to get tougher, but if you are willing to let go of your beliefs and open your eyes and mind, you can find answers and solutions to these challenges we will all continue to face.

He doesn’t say it’s just for sales people, its for individuals that want to know how to sell, persuade, negotiate and convince others in their beliefs, ideas, dreams, concepts & desires.

I grew up in a 100-year-old farmhouse in upstate New York, owned by the tire shop next door. i didn't leave that sort of housing without certain beliefs about housing.

Maybe that is a limiting belief and I'm just making excuses, but I don't think so.

Seems like you already have decided to use a PM; my belief is this will slow down your education process.Good luck where ever you choose to invest. 

My personal belief is that your RE license only becomes necessary if you're doing multiple deals per year, otherwise just find a good agent.

No challenges on this one, but a lessoned that was reinforced on this one is "meeting in person whenever possible is helpful for humanizing the process."

So, you have this incorrect belief of how the market is "supposed" to be working, all you see is the opposite.
