The best piece of advice there if you go that route and get licensed is to find a brokerage that offers educational opportunities and shadow the major players at your company.I would also say Construction manager would be just as good but having worked in construction for years, I can tell you it's not an easy job to obtain.

Some of the bigger property manager players do vacation rentals but I am focused on it which I hope will be a great advantage to me.That said it is only one REI strategy am dealing isn't really right for every owner or situation, so definitely you have to decide if it's right for you.
