Its not entirely faith based investing, the platforms have a vested interest to insure they are doing an exuberant amount if vetting on developers, as at the end of the day it will result in the retention and reputation they build with their crowd.

Thus, I need to find some contractors who are reputable, experienced, and investor-friendly that service the Bremerton area.  

We will explore those ideas. 

hello, I'm currently trying to learn as much as I can about investing and see wholesale as good place to learn all part of the business.I know most of the business is about reputation.

From everything I've heard, they're reputable and trustworthy, but we didn't go through til the end so I can't say for certain.

I would like to mentor with someone in the area who knows the business but I am not quite sure on who to contact or what avenues to explore to find someone willing to be a mentor.

I have not worked with them personally but they have a very good reputation.

The meantime I am learning and exploring other real estate investment vehicles (wholesaling, rehabbing, etc).
