Keep in mind that Chicago is a World Class city with World Class museums, mass transit, parks, entertainment, shopping, restaurants, etc. 

Anyway, who have you heard that you think would be entertaining and inspiring?

Most podcasts are more entertainment than actual substance.

I don't do much prospecting and will entertain potential clients when they are referred to me, but I alsohave some friends and family members in the market for homes so my pipeline is okay for the meantime.

You would definitely look at larger population centers with multiple entertainment destination centers and would want to research where local festivals occur.

Select a home near the entertainment district or college campuses that is nice but simple and not easily destroyed (no carpet, instead use a sturdy laminate/tile ect). 

.- Look at FB marketplace and Zillow for multifamily rental advertisements and message the people advertising them to see if they might entertain an offer.- Get a list of all the multifamily properties in your target area and start marketing to them (direct mail, skip tracing, cold calling).- Regularly attend your local REI meetups and REIA.
