I had done a few wraps but for at least 10 years I've owned everything outright so no mortgage to "wrap" around.There are some other TX posters on here, so they may be able to clarify, but I'd be tempted to pay a couple of hundred to sit down with a good RE attorney (check your REI club) and get the best technique to do what you're looking to do.all cash
