I have seen some pretty wild ones.. most wholesale fees I see are 2 to 5k maybe up to 10k.. but when I see a 30k ghetto house with a 25k wholesale fee  I am not going to fund that.. some little old lady just got her clock cleaned..

I know MANY persons in business who have wildly profited as a direct result of his coaching, many.

As to kids it's been a wild ride so far with my son (at least he sleeps through the first half of the night now :P) but when he laughs or smiles (with no teeth) it's really something!

Wholesaling is like the Wild West these days and you have a feeding frenzy going on with these Motivated Sales List and people are being preyed upon. 

People think Texas is the wild west but it's obviously when it comes to real estate across the country the west has moved.  

The thing about the Cleveland market is the pricing is going to have wild swings from one area to another.

The primary reason I went against this philosophy last year was because the neighborhood was stable aka there hasn't been wild appreciation/depreciation over the last 15 years.

I plan to focus on that, but many other folks seem to enjoy walking on the wild side.
