Is anyone investing in The Villages right now? 

Fortunately, our local high school recognized the growing demand and just opened a wing with state of the art auto labs, culinary department and life science department for future nursing students.

@Buyan Thyagarajan hi, my favorite sites are apartments.com (which auto posts to a few others), zillow.com (which auto posts to a few others) and i actually still use craigslist although it has gone downhill a bit recently. make sure you have quality pictures. it is usually worth hiring a professional photographer. good pictures are a game changer.also, making your written text attractive and more readable is important too. for example, if i hadn’t of broken up this message to you into three parts and just left it a big huge paragraph, it’s far less attractive to the reader.

I Really liked the point about FHA from a local lender, that may have a loan product that has the same FHA low down payment and has auto PMI drop at 20% Equity.

However, I'm hoping to exit my current job within a year (15 yr finance auto finance mgr).

The properties down in Hungarian village, not sure since I just purchased, but the owner figured a typical 5% vacancy.

Des Plaines turned out to be good since village doesn't have lots of process/restrictions in terms of rental inspections etc.

I have this clause in every lease and, I also enforce the same language regarding auto policies.
