Most leases you can purchase are generic in nature and do not equip you with very helpful tools to manage your property in the most effective and efficient manner, lowering costs, reducing liabilities, creating revenue centers, etc.

Would you say that turning the current post off and creating a brand new post (with changed pictures + putting some sort of 'pets welcomed' tag) would help?

My credit is still very strong and I would refinance and keep it within an LLC.Would appreciate any insight or help as it has been a very stressful time and I am looking to move quick on refinancing.
