Hey guys just stumbled across this post as I am actively trying to raise private money for a short term rental that we have under contract.

The house should be finished by the end of April and we are extremely excited to close on it then.When trying to find information and guidance on renting out the condo, I stumbled upon the BP podcasts during my long commutes.  

I stumbled onto the REI scene just a few short weeks ago after having to call the cops (yet again) on our downstairs neighbor in our current rental.

Hi Everyone,I accidentally stumbled across BP after searching for definitions of real estate terms and loving my experience.

For that I am great-full to all The men and women I served with.After purchasing my first rental property I was researching REI and stumbled across BP.  

I am brand new to real estate and stumbled on this site.  

The silver lining is that as I was searching Google looking for real estate software similar to the majic Property Farm (which I never got to use so it may be really good) I stumbled onto guess where.....Bigger Pockets .Com which maybe was worth $1750 so I'm thankful to Success Path for that !!!

I've stumbled through it a couple times in the past, but I'd like to become much more efficient moving forward.Thanks much and have a great day!

Matter of fact, I've stumbled upon BP when I was researching an REI guru!
