Hi everyone, I normally buy properties from a wholesaler but I am looking for an investor friendly agent who specializes in South Bend area.

Corey, at our local Black Diamond Real Estate Investors we have a volunteer helping us run the meetings, who is also a CPA specializing in real estate investing, @Marina Draper. 

I work full time and like many of us here, I am looking to supplement my income and eventually not be 100% reliant on the 9-5.

I am a first time investor, and due to the entry points for properties in my market, I am considering working with a turnkey investment company who specialize in more B/C SF's in out of state markets. 

They specialize in probate lists and offer classes on how to approach people going thru probate.

I dont mean to hi jack your posted, but I was just about to ask the same question, so instead of posting again, was hoping you or @Patrickallen could share the REI specialized accountant recommendation with me.

Hi Alexander, John Krebbs with The Multifamily Group is a Broker who specializes n these smaller Apartment Communities in TEXAS and surrounding states. 

A few months later, an out-of-state bank wanted in on the market and offered a special "lifestyle loan" program to those with a solid income who could afford the monthly payments (it ignored debt-to-income ratios).

I buy work clothes (special socks and boots as I work in construction) on an annual basis when everything is on sale. 

You have to build a good relationship if you want to get special deals.Drive around.
