As far as health care I have had private insurance for my entire adult life since I've never had it through a job it is fairly expensive sadly but depending on your income you may qualify for subsidies that will help out some.

I know the areas pretty well so I'm starting to educate myself around there.I have really good credit and a little nest egg but sadly being self employed last few years I was a little "sloppy" with taxes and then this year as an agent I think it'll be a little while before I get qualified for something.

To be a little more blunt, if someone is injured as a result of your negligence at one of your properties and you have all your assets in one LLC or 100 LLCs and you dont think their attorney is going to peel away the layers of your LLC(s) and go after everything you have you are either ignorant or sadly you are misinformed.

We had planned to retire in 2006 but because of the market crash we couldn't retire as planned, and ended up selling our houses for a song and a dance, a pretty sad fair of events.
