In the 5 years there have been numerous billion $$ commercial developments such as Brickell city center, Marlins stadium (Loan depot stadium), Magic city innovation, brightline speed rail and all the train stations, Inter MIami Stadium (plans approved), Miami signature Bridge and park. 

It's near 4 mass transit stations, 3 of which are building mixed use developments over the next 3 years.

Hello all,My name is Garrett Osborne and I am currently Active Duty Navy stationed in Yokosuka, Japan. 

I would argue the demand for single family homes in Killeen is a lot higher than Temple, inventory is very slim and population is always stable, military people who get re stationed are just replaced.

Personally, I use energy and eat so the inflation I experience at the gas station and the grocery store is much higher than the “official” number.
