Aside from virtually all of them requiring some kind of religious bent, they are all pretty clear in stating that they are *not* health insurance, mostly because they either don't cover a lot of things at all, have some clear cap on paying for procedures, or cap expenses per incident.

Let the agent suck it up since he or she is getting double commission.A court ruling said becuase of the Real Estate Settlements and Procedures Act (RESPA) it could not be charged unless it was specifically agreed to in a listing contract as additional commision.
