Multi-families are trending in particular.Also the area is diversifying economically with the major new infrastructure projects on Hwys 195 and 190 that are just finishing up, Texas A&M Central Texas campus growth and the new post hospital opening up.Obviously it depends on what the investor is looking for and the strategy they are comfortable with, but I like to think Killeen has opportunities for certain strategies.Not to suggest San Antonio isn't a land of opportunity as well.
