@Brian Huber In both wholesaling and wholetailing you are marketing for motivated sellers who are willing to sell their property at a discount.The main difference is in how you dispose of the property.In wholesaling you build a buyers list, and you present your deal to your buyers and sell the property to them without using the MLS at all.In wholetailing you either buy the property or you use a contract which stipulates the seller gives you the authority to list the property on the MLS.
