Wouldn't touch it.There are many areas in other states and mine that are very nice demo graphics where you can pick up a property for 200k.WHY would someone spend 200k for a high crime zone from afar? 

There isn't a lot of user reviews for Flipster, but I do like how user friendly and intuitive it looks in the demos (Jerry Norton is a great salesman) especially with tracking multiple projects/offers/deals simultaneously.

Flipping cars, Selling car parts, Teaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Selling Avocados, Mechanics side jobs, demo side jobs, on top of my 9 to 5, and renting out a studio in my property. 

It will take some time to get it all setup but it is worth it.They do a ton of advertising and cater to a slightly different demo than AirBNB.We get about 1/3 of our bookings from VRBO.

I personally do not pay for the foreclosure data options, I just use the general data service, but I have seen the demos of the foreclosure data and it should give you a lot of information on the property.  

The owner was also informed that soon the municipality would just remove the building, adding the demo costs to the liens!

It's getting alot of help from city services as it is a focus demo tipping point neighborhood. .Newer buildingstock came along as you move north.

Does anyone have a demo crew/company they've used in the Chicago suburbs, and would recommend?
