I think you'll find many like-minded folks here who are working W2 jobs and also launching their REI career...it's challenging but so worth it.If you haven't subscribed to the Bigger Pockets podcast yet, I can't recommend it highly enough.

As others have stated, ensure you have the connectivity to stay actively engaged with your team. 

They were flexible and willing to work with me even though my geographic location offered some significant challenges.

I met a buy & hold investor the other day and I'm challenging myself to find him a good deal and get myself started with wholesaling, but I first need to be aware of methods for sifting through foreclosure deals to find ones that investors will actually buy.I need clean titles!

For those of us who are not naturally morning people, the challenge comes in trying to get more out of those first couple of hours.

You can challenge the taxes again, but it will need to be based off values of similar properties in the area.

I would love to challenge this and similar laws as being against the Fair Housing Act.
