I would appreciate any information you may wish to share regarding real estate investing in East Germany (e.g. Leipzig, Altenburg, etc.), preferably from personal experience. Anything will be helpful including the challenges involved, opportunities, expected CAP rates, preferred locations, areas to avoid and why, etc.
