You can either be patient and check in with you agent once a day or you can press the issue and give the agent a deadline for the sellers to make up their mind.

So unless it is a 2-season rental (something in the Lakes Region that is also near enough to ski-resorts to attract some winter renters), I think you'd be hard-pressed to make the cash flow equal a 12-month lease type of investment with the same cost to acquire and stabilize, let alone achieve the additional cash flow necessary for the hassle of a vacation rental to be worthwhile.

Real estate can be another one of those things that you just have to press through, until it doesn't give you butterflies to knock on a door, talk to a seller and make an offer.

I can now check another periodical off of my list of places that I'd love to get a mention from.This has been a pretty good 2 months for us in the press, with other mentions in Personal Real Estate Investor Magazine and Northern Virginia Magazine.

They set new goals and challenges and just keep pressing forward if they are already living comfortably because that's what they love. 

As people are "lazy" so unless there is a pressing need.

I know what quarks they have, what aspects they press on, and they know me, my work, and i get an easier time because they have that assurance, not to mention getting any kind of variance passed.
