Attorney, engineer, architect, contractor, etc...Just my 2 cents

I'm 26 years old and work as an Engineer for Facebook. 

Right now I'm and engineering tech, but I do believe I have the skills sets to do a flip.

By self-remodel, I mean, I am not a designer/engineer/builder/etc... by trade.

I am an engineer and young investor currently I have 4 doors in Trenton and Ewing NJ area, My question today is, I have a duplex, that is on the big lot, (10+ car parking lot) and I am working with an architect and the Zoning officer planning to add to 3 - 4 more units on this lot.

My engineering career brought me here from Columbus, OH.

Almost every single engineering professor I had was there for one reason, research.

Jake is also a Civil Engineer, we’re not sure how that will tie in yet but surely can help in the future.
