As far as being able to purchase another home, you will need to confer to a lender.

Judges, attorneys and legislators confer with HIM because he IS an insider and privy to information only a handful of people get to see.When someone comes along with better credentials (is that even possible?)

I am attending an conference March 21st in Springfield,va about networking with real estate investors and doing deals with each other....

We try to offset this by renting rooms by-the-week to people attending conferences and summer camps at the university.
