My name is Justin Williams. I have been interested in real estate for a while, but have recently taken the dive into learning all I can to get started.

I initially thought that I had to be a real estate agent or broker to get into real estate. I took a class to get my real estate license in Virginia, but did not have much interest in that after I took the class.

Still having an interest in real estate, I looked into other avenues, and with some research, I found that real estate investing is the way to go for me. I am currently looking into wholesaling, flipping, and buy and hold.
