(LOL) You get the idea, there is nothing as bad for a CG than letting Harry Homeowner work with his crew.As far as the lender is concerned, the contractor is doing the work regardless of who he hires, that's not a problem, so long as they know the CG can ask you to get the heck out of the way without incident.So, as to your loans, you might try a different approach.
