It's evident from your questions that you don't yet understand the process (no offense meant, Maria, just an observation) so don't try to do this on your own without knowing what you are doing, or having someone in your corner who does.

No offense, I'm a realtor here in NY but I think an agent's time is better spent on retail owner occupied properties.

I dislike pretensious names that want to imply that you're a big company Global Investments LLC. 

It is illegal under federal law and a federal offense to place anything in a mailbox.

I started laughing when I read the terms. and no offense, but with over 1000 posts, you should've been able to spot the HUGE red flags from the get go. no loan term, a static rate, "my attorney", upfront free instead of having everything figured out at closing.

We're not THAT stupid. )   Another one,  was a Section 8 tenant who violated by moving in her boyfriend who smoked (the worst possible offense to me is smoking!).
