10/7/2019Aaron – thanks for the post….the price range and location sound realistic …good to se that you down payment is ample to avoid the mortgage insurance need and to keep the loan in conforming range ….I would think you could get a bit more than 1K per room depending on the location/ type of property / room size etc … even if the purchase pencils out slightly worse than the renting scenario , its worse considering as a step towards getting a property under your belt …ideas 1) buying a 2 or 3 plex at a higher price point but this would allow higher rental income 2) buy the property as a total investment property and rent for a larger amount per month …your down payment would allow this wo work ..thanks

For these inter-cultural agreements to exist harmoniously it is generally not a requirement that either side needs to acquiesce to the other per se, but rather that shared respect for a minimal level of common laws/truths/norms are upheld by both parties; the clearer the better.

which "Paycheck parking" all your money back into the policy to pay off the loan although most ppl only use it for big ticket items like cars or big vacations, education etc. this goes for WL or IULFor Maximum Cash Value your really not trying to use the policy as a "bank OR DEATH INSURANCE " per se but infact you design the policy to give you Maximum Cash Value to be withdrawn TAX FREE in retirement there are three fights going on in this financial product space 1 is the WL vs IUL debate (which is pointless they both have +'s and -'s ) really comes down to risk level.2 is Should you be using your WL / IUL policy as a bank (inf or BYOB or 7702 acct) or for Tax free income during your Retirement years.3 Which is MY argument ...Why can't you have BOTH WL IUL why cant I use my WL / IUL for inf banking and Tax free income in retirement ...the answer is YOU CAN!!!!

Dogtown is a great area to live, I lived on Tamm for a year when I first moved to the city, but it's not high end per se, I'd call it functional for the most part, so you should be able to get away with cheaper-ish materials and average finishes.
