I appreciate your insight Alsee - The thing is, HUD doesn't typically pay out 6% total commissions because they work out volume contracts with their listing agents at 1-2%.

The Qualified Intermediary will take a lot of the guess work out of the process and hold you hand the entire way.

My first purchase was totally driven by my fears, but it was wonderful to see it work out (despite me not exactly doing everything right LOL)

I opted to  provide my renters with a yoga mat, hand weights and the house pool is great addition to get some exercise! 

If your not interested in it then chances are it won’t work out Then figure out what you do have.
