Hi Everybody,My husband and I recently purchased a house in Raleigh that was intended for my recently widowed mother-in-law. 

The heirs have held an estate sale according to the neighbors who also tell us the house has sat empty for about two years now.The property taxes are current and the house was put into a HECM ("reverse mortgage") before the former owner (a widower) passed on.So, my two prime questions are:1.

Students, recent college grads, divorced people looking to stay close to their children, elderly or widowed looking to downsize, etc, etc.  

on her application did she list herself as Married or Single or Divorced or Widowed,,, do you have a spot on your application for that???

Your widow AS is virtually the same as my wall AC especially because the unit being replaced was not the exact same size so it needed some work to the walls (exterior and interior) for ~$300.Your price is a little less than what I am paying for my current smaller 1 interior location Split but it was by far my lowest quote. 

Love the trayed ceilings in the what i presume to be the master bedroom and that bank of 4 widows in the living room (?).  

Seller is motivated, retired widow.
