How do tenants feel about shared living spaces versus more private accommodations?

I'd rather pass on 98 deals out of a hundred versus only seeing 4 deals.

Vacancies are a killer so having more doors allows for some diversification (having one vacancy in a fourplex is 25% vacancy versus a SFR vacant and that's 100% vacancy).
