Hi Timothy,Maybe volunteer to coach at a local High School or Community College.Wouldn't even have to be the same sport--coaching kids is coaching kids (Make a difference in a kids life!)

But to cover for the uncomfortable silence that follows, I then volunteer that we rehab then rent.
