Also, short term rental is unstable, especially face the national disaster like right now So even I have a good calendar for booking, but the high expense and instability might smother all the profit in the future, so I really looking forward to listening all the opinion from all our friends, if I should adjust the management to lower expense and insist with the short term rental, or just switching to much more carefree long term rental in Orlando area, thank you very much.
