Hillsboro Oregon is the number 1 Intel campus the most important campus in the company and the one that will never go anywhere. over the coming years there will be over 50 billion invested in the Hillsboro Ronler acres and surrounding area for up grades and new facilities and of course this will bring in support companies and expansion for Intel.

But, here in FL where the #1 source of revenue is tourism, the state wants some of the action and Hotels are fighting back. 

It offers one of the West Coast's deepest water ports and there has long been proposals to develop the facilities and capacity.

This effects our tourism and STR.

I am looking to construct a Self storage facility and I am wondering how much I should pay for land.

The response rate was great, and we ended up finding an older lady who was moving to a senior living facility and wanted to sell the house as-is with no contingencies.

The Fayetteville WV area is a good starting point, our tourism has increased a ton due to it bordering the newest National Park! 

Location: Midwest, mid-size town with a number big and small companies, hospital, heavy summer tourism.
