Cape Coral- Short term vs Long Term Rent
Hi everyone,
I do own and operate STR and LTR in Tampa and Orlando. I am a new to the Cape Coral market and have a new build which will be finish in about 6 month or so in the zip code 33909. Can anyone who is experienced in the Cape Coral market shed some light on their experience with short term vs long term rentals?
Thank you
