Sal, What ever came of the sign snake?

I've dealt with snakes in the past who probably would quite make me swim with the fishes over less than 2 grand.

However, in reality, it the tenant has plunged their own toilet and can't get it unstuck AND if they call me during normal business hours, the next time I'm in town to work on rentals, I am happy to try my toilet snake.

Then he was accused of trying to sell like a guru without merit.So in this situation, the good intention was to protect people from the harm of snake oil gurus, and the unintended consequences was treating the person who started the thread unfairly.

I've been trying a lot of things to sell a 63 unit apartment I have for sale in Thunder Bay Ontario.

There will be plenty of snake-oil salespeople there, but a lot of good folks too.If someone is just pitching you, be polite, listen to them, learn what not to do, and then end the conversation.If you tell a person you are not ready and are just here to learn, they will either:A: Right you off, or continue to talk about themselves.B: Take the time to answer your questions and really listen to you.You want those B's!!!!!
