How do I sell my 63 unit apartment in Thunder Bay?

I've been trying a lot of things to sell a 63 unit apartment I have for sale in Thunder Bay Ontario. I have it listed for a very low price as well. I'm wondering if it's just the economy that's got people not looking or buying much these days? I have it advertised in most major places and on my website below. But still the activity isn't that great. Any place else I should be advertising it? It's a great building but I just want to get out.
