We weren't taking them to SkyZone or the movie theater, but it was still time well spent where they are learning important lessons. 

You'd probably do as well buying ads at local movie theaters!

For many years, an Italian restaurant occupied part of the old Fox Theater in downtown Fullerton, CA.

Instead, of opening stores across Korea, open a store in a place that everyone visits.Rodeo Drive is also home to one of Sokcho's biggest attractions - the Sokcho Fish Market.As the busiest retail district in Sokcho, Rodeo Drive has a lot of desirable characteristics -consistent foot traffic, an always busy Starbucks, and a fish market that draws large crowds throughout the day and especially at night.Additionally, a CGV movie theater is being build right behind the main street:Buying a commercial building (a whole building) in this district might seem like a daunting task.

I am pretty sure its being used for storage for other people (theater school props, etc).  

Other amenities include a billiards room with a wet bar, a state-of-the-art home theater and a salt-water pool.

Right now we’ve got 5 restaurants that are all closed at least one night a week, and a movie theater that is the only one running for 25 miles.

So, there is my bet and this session of "Mystery Mortgage Theater" has concluded.

We did have to invest alot to finish the bunkroom above the garage and the theater room, but this thing is a renal machine. 

This house is not in a flood zone, a mile from the beach, new movie theater and mall, and is the area is growing quickly.
