Hard work, huge goals, more hard work and great team work made it all possible.

For example:- I wanted to make a small update on the title, I had to reach out to owner success team to submit a request and the owner success team worked with the content team to make an update the next day.

Its great to hear with the right team working together you can actually achieve what you set out to do. 

Teamwork is key.

I typically will do all of the research, due diligence and have my team work with the borrower for a desired outcome of reperformance and cash flow, or an exit of Deed In Lieu or foreclosure as the last resort. 

Goals, Teamwork, Actions..But, the economy has peaked, or pretty close to it.
