Lemonade from lemons (getting fired).

I was in San Antonio last weekend...we went to The Strawberry Festival a little south of town.

You have a much better chance of finding an opportunity and structuring for profit as well as more time to find funding from outside sources, if that's important.It's all about turning lemons into lemonade.

So we were able to keep the security deposit and they had to pay one extra month's rent since that would cover the full 60 day's notice.It sucks (especially in the winter months) to have this happen, but we were able to turn lemons into lemonade.

If sales is running a lemonade stand then property management is akin to running a fortune 500 company.

I really want to turn this into lemonade fromt the lemons it is in right now.Thanksjohn

It is technically possible for me to become an astronaut, but I'm pretty happy just sitting on the front porch drinking lemonade (or a beer, if you don't like lemonade).

I am sure you will learn something, and definitely more than what you could learn from reading anything written by a community organizer, who had never even owned, and will never own even a lemonade stand. 

Then, work on how to sell it.Who knows, by turning lemons into lemonade you might make many times more money in the long run.

The same people that have nothing better to do than scour BP forums looking for unlicensed activity are probably the same people that report little girls for selling lemonade without a proper health department certification.
